Return Policy:

Any unused, unopened Turbie Twist product in its original packaging may be returned for a refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Please note that unless the issue is the result of an error on our part, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and that your original shipping costs will not be refunded. Once we physically receive your return, we will process your refund of the product cost within ten (10) business days.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been worn or used. If your product is returned in used condition, it will not be returned to you. You'll be subject to a partial refund or alternative compensation determined by Turbie Twist.

We cannot accept exchange requests.
